Legal Assistant

A local law firm is looking for a full-time office assistant for our office in Idaho Falls. Hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking phone calls.
• Communicating with clients.
• Reviewing and obtaining client records.
• Reviewing client medical bills.
• Communicating with insurance companies and medical providers.
• Maintaining a clean, organized office environment.

Requirements:

• Exceptional computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Good people skills.
• Customer service background.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
