SalaryLaw firm seeking qualified applicant to fill Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary position. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, preparing letters and documents per dictation or verbal request, filing documents with iCourt, calendaring and tracking deadlines, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, providing staff support, and other duties as required. Applicant needs to be detail oriented, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in multi-tasking, have strong organizational skills, and have a high capacity to function with minimal supervision when required. An applicant with prior legal experience is preferred. Prior office experience is required. Please provide a resume.
