```Duties```
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Manage and update legal case management systems
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings for attorneys
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant with PERSONAL INJURY cases.
- Knowledge of civil and/or criminal litigation procedures, and legal terminology
- Proficient in using legal case management software (Clio preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management is a plus
