SalaryLaw firm in Simi Valley, California, specializing in family law, criminal law, estate planning, patent law and some civil law, is seeking a full-time, experienced candidate. The position will consist of 40 hours per week (8:00-5:00pm approx. with a 1-hour lunch). We are looking for someone who knows their way around the computer, is professional, responsible, and accountable. We need someone to answer the phones, file, set up and close out client files, and participate in other administrative tasks, as needed. Candidate must also be able to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and communication skills required. Bilingual is a plus!
MUST have previous phone experience.
