SalarySeth M. Woodall & Associates- We are hiring an experienced Legal Assistant to assist in supporting three attorneys in a fast-paced and busy environment. This position will involve organizing and managing case files, drafting legal documents and correspondence, processing and reviewing mail, answering client phone calls, and scheduling client appointments.
Required / Desired Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in legal terminology
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Self-starter, eager to learn, and willing to work
- Commitment to a high level of customer service
Experience:
- Assisting attorneys in the dictation and transcription of Wills
- Drafting documents for Power of Attorney
- Creating and sending letters on behalf of clients of the firm
