Job Description

Conrad Trosch & Kemmy, P.A. seeks a full-time Legal Assistant to provide clerical and case support in the Civil Litigation practice area. Under the supervision of the attorney and paralegal, the Legal Assistant will provide support by gathering intake information (notetaking & screening) from potential clients to schedule with the appropriate attorney; setting up the consult, setting up the case file, scheduling on attorney calendars, gathering client documents for attorney review, corresponding with the client to obtain documents/records in preparation for consultation or case review; obtaining Google reviews from past clients; being a point person for client contact; handling monthly billing; inputting and maintaining data into client and case logs; filing and mail scanning; reviewing court calendars for upcoming hearings or trials; and additional duties as assigned. This role will assure that a positive client experience is carried out with consistent professionalism, poise, and confidence. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
