We're looking for an experienced, charismatic, and positive candidate to join our team at Providence at Memorial Apartments as the Leasing Agent. Our team is currently in need of someone who excels in leasing apartments first and foremost! Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments.
• Must stand and greet each person that comes in the door.
• Provide excellent customer service, with a smile.
• Assist management in daily tasks for the property.
• Execute lease contracts and documents required for Move-in/ Renewal.

Qualifications

• MUST have a positive/uplifting attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a Plus!
• Experience in the apartment leasing industry.
• Must be able to lease apartments! We need someone who is motivated to lease apartments (If so, we are motivated to pay you for it!)
• Motivation and professionalism.
• Great communication & negotiation skills.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must be dependable for your team and show up ready to work each day.
• Have knowledge of your typical property management software: We use Entrata but as long as you have experience with one of them like Onesite, Yardi, Appfoilio etc. that's fine we can teach you Entrata.
• Have basic knowledge of computers and programs like Word, Excel, Email, Teams.
