Nalle Woods of Westlake is a 238-unit garden style apartment community in Austin's prestigious Westlake neighborhood. This opportunity requires a highly motivated leasing consultant with strong communication, sales, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate has an upbeat enthusiastic personality, is a team player, takes initiative, and is willing to work flexible hours as necessary to get the job done. The responsibilities of the Leasing Consultant include, but are not limited to:
- Meet and exceed leasing, occupancy and renewal goals.
- leasing apartments including fielding phone and internet leads, scheduling appointments, conducting prospect tours, application processing and lease execution.
- Maintain daily traffic logs, prospect database, and perform diligent follow-up with all leads.
- Corporate and community out-reach marketing in conjunction with others.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the competition and area market.
- Assist with community and resident events.
- Responsible for respective office and administrative duties.
- Assist with the scheduling and coordination of move-ins/outs.
- Assist with rent collection and delinquency follow-up.
- Ensure resident files are complete and all documents are executed properly.
- Physically walk and inspect the models, community amenities, and tour path daily.
- Process resident maintenance requests.
- Provide excellent customer service to all residents and prospects.
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, and all other pertinent laws.
- All other tasks as required by your supervisor.
Requirements:
- One plus years of market rate leasing experience preferred by not required.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi preferred.
- Must be willing to work Saturdays.
- Must be high energy and self-motivated to meet goals.
*Note that compensation range is based on estimated bonus earnings and base salary combined.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
