Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Senior Scientist in the TCell Redirection Platform and Biology group within Biologics Discovery in Spring House, PA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently design and conduct in vitro experiments with scientific rigor to support portfolio programs in Oncology and Immunology therapeutic areas.
- Develop and implement novel platforms to enable advancement of next-gen multi-specific molecules.
- Develop approaches to evaluate biochemical, molecular, and cellular responses to immune cell engagers in vitro .
Qualifications
Education:
- Ph.D. in Immunology, cell biology or a relevant field with 3+ years of post-doctoral training or master’s degree in life sciences with 7+ years of experience is preferred.
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree with 9+ years of relevant experience.
Experience and Skills:
- Deep knowledge in cellular immunology, especially in adaptive immunity is required.
- Hands-on experience in performing human primary cell-based assays and assay development is required.
- Experience in the discovery and development of protein therapeutics is required.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a highly matrixed environment.
