Market and advertise available rental properties through various channels.
Conduct tours of properties for potential tenants, showcasing features and amenities.
Qualify potential tenants by screening applications, verifying references, and collecting rent.
Prepare and process lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Build positive relationships with tenants to foster a sense of community within the property.
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and address maintenance concerns efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of property occupancy and rental agreements.
May assist with property maintenance tasks or coordinate with vendors.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding tenant expectations.
Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.

High School
Experience:

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
Proficient in computer skills, including property management software and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
