Landlord Representative RE Leasing Agent/Broker

Beltline Business Center is the complex of industrial warehouses and flex buildings which houses 40 business tenants and has been owned by the private investor for more than 35 years. We have run stable management with some long-term (20+ years) tenants.

We are currently looking for a Landlord Representative leasing agent / Real Estate Broker with excellent communication skills as well as high levels of work ethic. This role will provide you with an opportunity to utilize your skill and experience. You will show spaces, negotiate for leases and renewals, prepare proposals, draft agreements, fill the buildings and help the landlord and the tenants to succeed.

Requirements:

-Texas Real Estate Broker license is required

-Bachelor’s degree required

-Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

-Basic ability of mathematics to calculate percentages, rates, and rents

-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

-Familiarity with Crexi, Loopnet and CoStar

-Tenant relationship management skills

-Professional work ethic and integrity

-Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team

-Be coachable

Duties / Essential Functions:

-Advertise vacant spaces

-Coordinate and participate in tours of properties

-Participate in leasing negotiations

-Prepare and review leasing proposals

-Prepare lease agreements and amendments

-Correspond with existing and prospective tenants

-Maintain and research current knowledge of market conditions, property values and legislation

-Report leasing status and market conditions to the owner

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $98,000.00 per year
