Summary:
Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, this role involves promoting and enhancing patients' health by following the nursing process, collaborating with medical professionals and team members, offering physical and emotional support to patients and their loved ones, and overseeing assigned team members.
Qualifications:
- Education
- Graduation from a recognized nursing school that meets state licensure requirements is essential.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Experience
- Prior experience in the healthcare or service industry is advantageous.
- Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
- Illinois: A pending license in Illinois is mandatory.
- Licensure must be obtained within 45 days of receiving a Continental Testing Services (CTS) letter.
- Wisconsin: A Temporary Permit is required.
- Licensure must be obtained within three months from the issuance date of the temporary permit.
- A temporary permit can be renewed once for an additional three-month period.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
