Good Carbon Co. is seeking a visionary Lease-Up Manager to join our mission of creating comfortable, sustainable apartment communities.

We're not just leasing apartments, we're building the future of living. Good Carbon Co. is a developer that takes existing buildings and transforms them into stunning energy efficient havens, complete with modern renovations and clean energy solutions. Each project boasts an average of 50-100 spectacular apartments, ready to be called home by residents who share our passion for a cleaner future.

As our Lease-Up Manager, you'll be the driving force behind filling these innovative spaces. You'll wear multiple hats: strategic mastermind, team leader, and resident ambassador.

Here's what you'll be up to:

• Develop and execute a dynamic leasing strategy to hit our occupancy goals (and crush them!) Data analysis, market research, and creative thinking are your secret weapons.
• Craft and implement engaging marketing campaigns that spread the word about our unique living experience and attract Good Carbons (#humans) for our next Good Carbon Community!
• Lead and support the leasing team in implementing winning leasing strategies that turn leads into excited residents.
• Become the master of showing our incredible apartments and wowing potential residents. Guide them towards their perfect low carbon lifestyle!
• Manage lease-up budgets and leasing performance making adjustments as needed to optimize results. Prepare regular reports showcasing your leasing prowess.
• Build relationships with local partners like small business leaders to foster a partnerships and culture for our Good Carbon Communities.
• Think outside the box and bring your innovative ideas to the table. Each lease-up project will be unique and your ability to create initiatives will be important.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in strategic leasing management, with a track record of success in developing and executing leasing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Marketing knowledge with a focus on data analysis and campaign optimization.
• Deep understanding of the real estate industry, market dynamics, and leasing best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental impact through real estate initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
