Related Rentals oversees the leasing and marketing for a portfolio of luxury rental properties. This entails working closely with the development team to conduct market analyses, shape product development, and devise comprehensive marketing, leasing, and pricing strategies. We are currently looking for a skilled and energetic New DevelopmentMarketing Manager to become a valuable member of our Related team. Your main focus will involve providing guidance on a development project in Jersey City, ensuring the implementation of compelling residential layouts, well-crafted amenity programs, and effective go-to-market strategies to ensure successful lease-ups.

Primary Responsibilities*
Collaborate closely with leadership to meticulously assess and align design models, ensuring they resonate with the vision for attracting rental prospects in the competitive NJ market.
- Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, target demographics, optimal residential layouts/floorplans and competitive landscape.
- Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the objectives of the project, ensuring brand consistency and maximum market penetration.
- Collateral Creation:
- Partner on the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, websites, digital content, and promotional materials, ensuring high quality and alignment with brand standards.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, leasing, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Budget Management:
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spending for maximum impact and return on investment.
Compensation:
$125,000 - $135,000/yr

Qualifications:
- 1-5 years progressive experience in real estate sales, marketing and management in Northern New Jersey, Jersey City and Hoboken.
- Proven experience in real estate marketing, with a focus on lease-up strategies.
- Background as a Marketing Project Manager & Lease-Up Leasing Manager, preferably in North Jersey market
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
