Full Time Leasing Consultant to assist current and prospective residents with all activities related to apartment rentals. We are seeking someone with persuasive marketing and sales skills, excellent communication and negotiating abilities, and are customer service oriented.
Responsibilities:
· Help prospective residents to help them find the perfect apartment.
· Provide information on available units.
· Present available apartments in a friendly and knowledgeable fashion.
· Process applications, credit reports, leases, and renewals.
· Respond to inquiries via phone and e-mail.
· Keeping accurate records of prospective tenant traffic.
· Assist in generating traffic through active participation in the community's marketing strategy.
· Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
· Take service requests from residents and coordinate work orders with the Maintenance Department.
Qualifications:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Familiarity with Social Media applications.
· Familiarity with Rental Software such as Rent Manager
· Comply with all federal and state fair housing regulations
· Enthusiastic with strong sales and customer service abilities.
· Well organized and be self-motivated.
· Ability to work as a team player and adaptable to change.
· Good oral and written communication skills.
· Able to handle multiple priorities.
Experience:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Prior experience in leasing, sales, retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment.
· Driver's License (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
