SUMMARY:
As the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP), you will oversee a small team of Talent Acquisition Partners responsible for fulfilling hiring needs within Andersen’s Sales, Marketing, and Service functions. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting senior leadership positions. Beyond leadership and recruitment, your responsibilities will extend to developing and optimizing recruiting strategies, as well as leading continuous improvement projects for the team and the broader Enterprise Talent Acquisition function.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and assign work to be done by Talent Acquisition Partners on the team
- Support your team in their work of recruitment, selection, and project work by monitoring, coaching, providing feedback and recognition, resource acquisition and management, and problem solving and communication
- Partner with HRBP and Sr Leadership to develop holistic talent strategies to meet employment demands today and set us up for the future; influence decisions using data and external perspectives
- Develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies for a variety of complex positions, including executive level openings
- Communicate regularly with key senior-level internal customers and peer delivery partners to monitory delivery of services against expectations and to identify issues and develop corrective action plans
- Measure and analyze trends in applicant flow, diversity, placement rates, retention rates, etc. and recommend root cause solutions during the strategic planning process
- Provide input to the strategic planning process, identifying projects and process improvements that will improve the capabilities of the recruiting team to contribute to the achievement of short-term and long-term goals of the enterprise
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and practical Talent Acquisition experience
- 7+ years in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role
- Demonstrable knowledge of staffing processes and approaches, internal HR policies, and selection methodologies (behavioral interviewing, competency assessments)
- Leadership skills with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present to and influence senior-level business stakeholders
- Significant experience in successful recruiting, sourcing and selection for a wide variety of complex positions
- Ability to coach and mentor Recruiters on tactical aspects of their role
- Strong technology skills; both MS Office as well as TA tools, analytics tools, HRIS
- Track record of using data and external perspectives to influence talent strategies for business areas
- Preferred: 2+ years experience leading a team

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
