POSITION PURPOSE:
Lead a small team of Talent Acquisition professionals in planning and fulfilling the hiring needs of the business specifically for commission based sales, operationally leadership/individual contributor and installation/service leadership. This role will specifically support our Corporate Owned Retail Operations (CORO) specifically for our Mid/West Coast Markets. Develop recruiting strategies, partner with business leadership team to optimize recruiting solutions and ensure legal compliance. Act as a project lead for continuous improvement projects for the Team as well as other enterprise recruiting projects.
- Define and assign work to be done, including communicating with team, manager and others about needs or expectations, planning, organizing, staff selection, and delegating.
- Enable direct reports to do the recruitment, selection and project work by monitoring, coaching, providing feedback, acquiring resources, problem solving, and communicating.
- Meet regularly with team and individual staff members for coaching, monitoring of progress, problem solving, feedback, and communication of business status.
- Communicate regularly with key internal customers, peer delivery partners, and suppliers to monitor delivery of services against expectations and to identify issues and develop corrective action plans.
- Measure and analyze trends in applicant flow, diversity, placement rates, turnover/retention rates, etc. and recommend root cause solutions during the strategic planning prioritization process in order to justify resource requests for improvements.
- Lead continuous improvement projects that streamline our hiring process and/or allow for a better candidate/user experience.
- Provide input to strategic planning process, identifying projects and process improvements that will improve the capability of the recruiting team in contributing to achieve short term and long term goals of the enterprise.
- Provide guidance to other enterprise entities using a similar direct-hire model on recruitment strategies or staffing related problem solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and 5 or more years of high-volume staffing experience.
- Working knowledge of HR with emphasis on state-of-the-art staffing processes, internal HR policies, employment law and selection methodologies (behavioral interviewing and assessment) or equivalent.
- Solid e-recruiting skills; along with background in Microsoft Applications and comfortable around TA AI technology.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition or Staffing Agencies.
- Goal-Driven who has a record of achieving staffing quota's/timeline recruiting for clients or hiring leaders for multiple openings within a requisition
