Job Description


Recruiting - Experienced Hires

  • Prepare a recruiting strategy for all open positions (permanent or contractor); which includes obtaining requisition approval/number (updating information in all systems), work with hiring manager to confirm job description and required skills, establish application screening questions and post job in UltiPro, on LinkedIn and in other places as deemed appropriate
  • Obtain final executive offer approval and give Division green light to extend verbal offer; once approved provide HR leadership with the formal offer creation package
  • Manage the recruiting lifecycle within the UltiPro ATS environment; disposition candidates, manage and close jobs
  • Schedule phone and in person interviews; arrange travel and lodging for candidates (if necessary) using EA Support as needed
  • Identify high-opportunity methods/venues to recruit candidates across all job roles
  • Manage relationships with all outside recruiters and sourcing vendors; which includes directing the efforts of employment searches (as needed), negotiating and renewing contracts and tracking fee spend
  • Manage the initial negotiation process for contactors which includes running background checks and working with legal to finalize statements of work before transferring to onboarding

Recruiting - Campus Hires

  • Coordinate the reserving of interview dates and rooms for both on campus and in-office interview days
  • Provide schools with list of candidates for 1st round interviews; prepare packets for 1st round interviewers
  • Communicate turndowns to “no” candidates
  • Receive and track acceptances
  • Organize out-of-office events related to recruiting (i.e., sell dinner, social events)
  • Post open positions on all school job boards
  • Receive and package incoming resume books for business review
  • Schedule candidates and appropriate interviewers for in-office interview days; arrange travel and lodging for candidates (if necessary) and prepare packets for 2nd round interviewers
  • Schedule on campus events (career fairs, coffee chats, info sessions and interview days)
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with university career offices
  • Coordinate with leadership to determine on campus recruiting goals; manage the entire life cycle of on-campus recruiting for all entry level positions and co-op / summer intern programs
  • Conduct surveys and create an executive overview for leadership that measures the effectiveness of all on-campus initiatives (campus, co-ops and summers)

Recruiting - All

  • Prepare training materials for hiring managers and interviewers; conduct training sessions as needed with oversight from the HR leadership
  • Initiate and conduct background and reference checks for all candidates and contractors
  • Serve as the main contact for candidates as they go through the recruiting process; as needed, provide information on the Company and job opportunities
  • Oversee the relationship with all preemployment screening vendors and ensure that we are running checks in compliance with local laws
  • Prepare monthly recruiting flash report
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned

Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 plus Bonus


Qualifications


The individual should have 5+ years of experience with full cycle experienced hire and campus recruiting; be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; be dependable, detail oriented, organized, can work independently, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; bachelor’s degree in related field required.
