The Lead landscaper is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Landscaping team and that the property looks neat, organized and the landscaping is well cared for.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all plant care with trimming, watering and fertilizing schedules. Will be able to identify plant species and make recommendations for replacements based on environmental factors. Manage the irrigation system and understand the needs of the plants within zones and make adjustments. Be a leader and mentor to our current landscaping crew.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
