Key Responsibilities:
1. Mow lawns, trim edges.
2. Weed removal and weed control.
3. Trim plants, shrubs, and small trees.
4. Drive a pickup with trailer and equipment.
5. Lead and train other crew members.
6. Write estimates for clients.
7. Maintain and operate a variety of equipment.
8. Process work orders and track job performance.
9. Lead and enforce company policy and procedure.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
