Landscape Lead

LANDSCAPE LEAD:
We are seeking a self-motivated, skilled, and experienced Landscaper to join our team as a LEAD! You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns, and grounds. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular garden and landscape maintenance tasks, such as planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching
- Conduct lawn care activities, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Assist with groundskeeping duties, such as trash removal and debris cleanup
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to other team members
- Perform tree care tasks, such as trimming branches and removing dead trees
- Build and install landscape features, such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Conduct routine inspections of outdoor areas to identify potential issues or hazards
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape, hardscape, heavy equipment operation
- Strong knowledge of garden care techniques and plant species
- Proficiency in lawn care practices, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with tree care procedures, including pruning and removal
- Experience in building landscape features is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

License/Certification:
