Ideal candidate should have the following:

Team Lead

• Valid Driver's license/ ID
• Experience with commercial lawn maintenance equipment
• Able to walk long distances
• Work in extreme weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Able to manage 2-4 team members in crew
• Clear communication skills
• Able to operate heavy duty trucks and trailers
• Able to identify weeds
• Flexible
• Willing to learn and grow
• Team player
• Positive attitude
• Takes ownership of routes and crew's assignments
• Problem solver
• Customer service skills

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Compensation package:

• Hourly pay
• Overtime pay

Physical setting:

• Outdoor work

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Commerical Lawn Maintenance: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
