We are currently accepting applications for a full-time seasonal position for an enthusiastic Skilled Lead Gardener/Horticulturist. This position requires extensive horticultural experience, including knowledge and care of New England trees, shrubs, herbaceous perennials, naturalized pruning techniques, IPM, and associated maintenance programs. Familiarity with irrigation systems, power gardening equipment/tools, and the ability to make minor repairs and adjustments is preferred. The ability to oversee staff/perform all work on multiple properties, prioritize goals, maintain organized records, and expedite tasks of assigned clients’ project phases and goals is necessary. Inspired team players with clear communication skills, and attention to detail, and those with estate gardening experience are encouraged to apply. Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience. A valid Maine driver's license is required.
