Job Description:
- Maintenance Crew Lead: Oversee/manage crew of 1-3 people in landscape maintenance as weekly mowing services are completed. Driving company vehicle with trailer.
- Crew Member: Member of 2–4 person Construction crew helping to install professionally designed landscapes. Member of a 2-4 person Maintenance crew helping maintain residential and commercial properties.
- Outdoor landscape labor. Including but not limited to lawn mowing, pruning, sprinkler repair, sprinkler installation, planting trees, shrubs and perennials, laying sod, mulching, installing pavers, water features etc.
Job Requirements:
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (summer)
- Previous experience in landscape, lawn, or other related fields preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient with the use of a mowing machine and standard equipment (e.g., blower)
- Knowledge of landscape design and installation materials (e.g., sod, pavers, rocks, plants, trees) preferred
- Team member: Encouraged but not mandatory to have experience in working outdoors in a labor position
- Willingness and ability to communicate well with others.
- Optimistic attitude and ability to maintain optimistic attitude even when problem solving.
- Willingness to push yourself physically to complete a goal effectively and efficiently.
- Physically capable of manual labor.
- Responsible and capable to make it to work on time.
- Eager to learn a trade/profession and grow with our company.

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
