DETAILS

 1316 - Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead (Direct Support Professional)

 Full-Time

 $17/hr

 Monday – Friday 8 am to 4 pm

 Reports to 3443 Carnes Rd, Roseburg, OR 97471

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Job modeling, coaching, and supervision.

 Guiding trainees to perform work responsibilities independently.

 Mowing, weeding, pruning, and trimming of grass, trees, bushes & shrubs.

 Trash policing.

 Distributing assorted ground cover.

 Compiling reports regarding aspects of trainees’ workday.

QUALIFICATIONS

 Good verbal and written communication skills.

 Valid Oregon driver’s license with insurable driving record.

 At least 18 years of age.

 Pass criminal history check & drug screen, including marijuana

 Must obtain a First Aid/CPR Certificate; we provide training.

 Proven, stable employment history with good work ethic, attendance, and punctuality.
