Position Responsibilities include:

The After School Program/Summer Camp Lead Counselor position supports and leads school-aged students/campers during structured activities, sports and games in our After School and Discovery Camp programs. Supervise and guide students/campers in activities, games and positive interactions with peers and team members. Be responsible for the safety and well-being of students during after school and camp hours both onsite and during offsite field trips. Successfully integrate our Purpose, Values and company communication tools into daily interactions with after school students/campers, families and other team members. Communicate effectively and in a positive, upbeat manner with campers and other co-workers. Be a role model, demonstrating a positive, approachable and upbeat attitude to our campers and other team members at every shift!

- Must be at least 18 years old to work summer camp; high school students welcome
to apply for our after school program!!
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with children (YES - babysitting counts!)
- Must have a high school diploma or HSED for full time summer; not required for the
after school program.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude for success!

- Must pass a background check.

This awesome position will have between 18 - 20 hours per week at $12- $18 per hour. (Pay is commensurate with experience) Additional hours are available when kids have full days off of school as well as our parent night out events. We also have opportunities to earn bonuses!
