SalaryGrowing law firm is seeking a professional Spanish-Speaking receptionist full-time. Seeking a candidate who can multi-task, do translations from Spanish to English, be a self-starter, and have a willingness to learn. Ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple phone calls, filing, and providing excellent customer service.
Small office environment. Growth from within is encouraged.
Job duties include: assisting legal assistants, filling out forms, filing documents, providing excellent customer service, calling potential clients, stocking up the office, cleaning up the work space, getting clients coffee, and other administrative tasks.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
