Law Firm Intake Specialist

Candidate MUST have prior legal experience performing intake and onboarding in a legal setting.

Candidate MUST speak English and Spanish fluently.

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly

• Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently
• Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner
• Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other Law Firms in order to help bring in new cases
• Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload

• Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
• CRM and case management software experience a plus
• Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Background in the legal industry preferred
