Landscape Maintenance Lead Man

Responsibilities:

· Assist in training new personnel

· Assist laborers with their duties

· Assist Foreman in the evaluation of laborers and other Lead Men

· Assist in the maintenance and care of equipment

· Assist Foreman in the supervision of work

· Follow Foreman’s instructions

Preferred Skills:

· Bilingual in English and Spanish

· Previous experience working with high-end residential clientele

Compensation:

· Salary range $20-$28 per hour

· 6 Paid Federal Holidays along with the Friday after Thanksgiving and 2 weeks over the Christmas & New Year Holidays
