Company DescriptionHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Laboratory Assistantto fill an opening with a managed care company in Seattle, WA.
Daily Responsibilities for Laboratory Assistant:
- Clerical duties such as answering phone, scanning and faxing
- Process and handle all body fluid samples
- Handle and transport the samples to the Reference Laboratory
- Sort and prepare "instrument ready samples”
- Stock and restock supply
- Onsite role/Monday to Friday 1:30PM to 10:00PM
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1 year of work experience in clinical laboratory
- 1 year of work experience as a phlebotomist in a hospital setting/s
