About the role
As the Key Account Manager at nok, you are expected to be a trusted advisor to our clients, addressing their informational and technical needs as they are onboarded and go live. You will guide their rapid and successful onboarding, set timelines and expectations, and ensure nok employees and the partner's personnel live up to them. Once live, you will be the continued point of contact for small and enterprise clients alike to execute, ask, and fulfill their regular requests. As the client's point of contact, you are the key to their operational success daily.
What you"ll do
Provide regular successful assistance to partners in discussions by email, video conference, and over the phone.
Become an expert user of nok systems/tools and provide support to our partners in a timely manner.
Creatively problem-solve to improve new business development strategy.
Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality, and customer service
Keep internal stakeholders accountable throughout onboarding and live processes
Manage partner"s education and adoption of best practices
Positively promote a two-way communication channel with our teams to provide a well-designed experience for partners
Oversee legwork done by Account Coordinators to provide top-notch services to clients
Proactively manage customer expectations
Skills & Qualifications
Passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers
Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate B2B environment, with a history of being your customers' favorite
Detail-oriented with an owner mentality - you dot your i's and cross your t's, and make sure others involved in your project do as well!
A professional with excellent communication skills at all levels, especially when it comes to clear and concise email
Capable of shifting focus, with an excellent sense of prioritization and timing
Ability to Upsell new offerings to existing and prospective clients
Experience building and maintaining Spreadsheets to assist with forecasting and tracking historical data
Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

The pay range for this role is:
