```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager is responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients throughout the Recreational Vehicle Industry. Connections must be made with key business executives and stakeholders in manufacturing, dealerships and parts and service sectors. The Account Managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Garnet Instruments solutions according to customer needs. The Account Manager will initiate and develop new accounts while maintaining a thriving relationship with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
-Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
-Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
-Execute all services for client, such as testing, implementation, training, and ongoing support.
-Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
-The ability to enhance the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the client’s experience.
-Develop and maintain relationships within assigned accounts; improve client utilization and product/service adoption rates.
-Identify and present new business opportunities to integrate into Garnet’s operations that present an acceptable ROI.
-Promote and maintain the organization's brand image and identity within the marketplace through trade shows, client visits and participation in our social media campaign.
-Provide input and assist in development of presentations and other marketing collateral.
-Create and conduct in-depth sales presentations that highlight key benefits and values of the company's products and services.
-Provide quarterly and annual account reviews which highlights present and future opportunities. Participate in weekly Sales and Operations meetings.
-Analyze, assess, and document client results and feedback to ensure customer needs are being met.
-Liaise between the customer and internal company teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the Recreational Vehicle Industry.
- University degree/diploma in Business is an asset.
-A technical degree in electronics/instrumentation will be given special consideration.
-Application/Solutions oriented sales management expertise with the ability to transfer this knowledge to OEMs, Distributors and Dealers.
-Sales and account management experience in technology-based products and service companies (Instrumentation; Oil & Gas; Wastewater management etc.).

Position Conditions:
-Position requires travel to client offices. At least 40% of duties will require dedicated travel time.
-Trade show attendance. must be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
-Lift and set up displays for clients and shows, up to 50 Lbs.
-Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a criminal background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
