Responsibilities:
Include but at not limited to:
- Client Engagement: Assist in fostering positive relationships with clients through effective
communication, follow-ups, and proactive engagement.
- Issue Resolution: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to
senior team members when necessary. Learn to provide solutions and ensure a smooth
resolution process.
- Upsell Opportunities: Identify potential upsell opportunities within the existing client base.
Collaborate with senior team members to implement effective upselling techniques.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a basic understanding of the company's products or services. Learn
to guide clients on product usage, features, and benefits related to upsell opportunities.
- Client Onboarding: Support client onboarding processes, ensuring clients have the necessary
information and resources for successful implementation and utilization of products.
- Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering client feedback to identify areas for improvement and
upsell potential. Provide insights to the team to contribute to enhancing products or services.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Client Success team, including
maintaining client records, updating databases, and preparing reports related to upsell
activities.
- Training and Development: Actively participate in training sessions to enhance product
knowledge, customer service skills, and understanding of upselling strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members from various departments, including sales,
marketing, and product development, to ensure a coordinated approach to client success and
upselling.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey
information clearly and professionally.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated interest in providing excellent customer service and building positive
relationships with clients.
