Job Description:
We are seeking a Client Success Manager to ensure our clients receive a high level of service and support. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and goals and ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes with our products and services. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, managing client accounts, and driving product adoption and usage.
Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support
• Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring renewals and expansions
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their business needs and goals
• Identify and pursue opportunities to drive product adoption and usage by clients
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute account plans
• Monitor client usage and provide insights and recommendations to clients to optimize their use of our products and services
• Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback on product improvements and feature requests based on client feedback
• Ensure client issues and concerns are resolved in a timely and effective manner
• Document and track client interactions and issues in our CRM system
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Client Success Manager or similar role; minimum 5 years experience
• Experience in a customer-facing role in the technology or software industry
• Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and software platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

40 Hours M-F
$26-$30 per hour
