Urban One is looking our next digital rockstar. If you're a motivated, digitally savvy professional with the ability to problem solve quickly and create beautiful experiences for our clients through digital marketing, we want to talk to you! As the Client Success Manager, you'll work alongside the VP, Digital Sales and the local market Digital Sales Manager's to sell and manage high-value digital campaigns for our customers.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prioritize notification from Digital Sales Manager's and Account Executives's on new proposal opportunities
- Collaborate with creative teams and other internal departments to create KPI focused digital marketing strategies for our customers
- Manage asset delivery between client and digital team through internal processes
- Build strategic digital media plans that deliver results
- Work with external teams/vendors for the perfect execution of advanced digital campaigns
- Help present to customers with Account Executives
- Assisting in campaign narrative mid-campaign with customer and Account Executive
- Build meaningful narrative/recaps for campaigns and assist in renewals
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Must be a digital native
- Must have 3-5 years of advanced digital sales experience
- Ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, high courage, business acumen, highly motivated to win and tireless work intensity.
- Desire to help advertisers with their marketing challenges.
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
- Valid driver's license and state mandated automobile insurance required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, G-Suite
- Google Analytics certification is a plus but not required
- Experience with digital ad tech
- Ability to travel (as needed)
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of three (3) years digital marketing/sales experience as a high performer
- Media experience preferred.
- College degree preferred but not required
