Job Description:
As the Client Success Account Manager- Medical at iVitaFi, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the relationships between our company and our clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management Medical:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct face to face and virtual meetings with clients to review performance and ensure satisfaction.
2. Customer Retention :
- Develop strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and address issues that may impact client satisfaction and work on solutions to improve the overall client and customer experience.
3. Account Management:
- Manage and grow client accounts by understanding their business objectives and proposing additional products or services that align with their needs. (MyPlan)
- Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure a seamless experience for the client.
- Create strategies to grow loan volume performance and default reduction.
4. Communication:
- Effectively communicate with clients to keep them informed about new features, products, or updates.
- Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and performance business reviews. (In-person and virtual)
- Gather feedback from clients and use it to drive improvements in our technology and services.
5. Problem Resolution:
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that clients may face. (Technology and/or Staffing Challenges, etc)
- Work with internal teams to resolve client concerns, technology challenges, and ensure timely resolution of problems.
6. Data Analysis:
- Analyze client performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and recommend strategies for Client Success.
- Provide detailed performance reporting to clients monthly.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, IT, Operations, Marketing, and Treasury to ensure a cohesive and positive client experience.
- Attend industry conferences and educational events with Sales teams (HFMA, GAMA, AAHAM, NAHAM, etc)
8. Training and Onboarding:
- Facilitate client onboarding and training sessions to ensure clients are implemented timely and proficient in using iVitaFi’ s enrollment platform.
- Create training materials for new clients.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of client management experience in the healthcare financial services industry.
- Proven track record of driving Client Success and management.
- Working knowledge of provider EMR systems.
- Revenue Cycle workflow expertise.
- Strategic thinker, effective communicator, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
- BA, BS Degree required.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in the Medical Industry is required
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work and influence across an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly establish himself/herself as a valuable member of the management team and can trusted to get things done.
Travel:
- 40% to client locations, iVitaFi office, and conferences
