As RCM Client Success Specialist in Savannah, GA, you will be the primary point of contact for our client. You will need to have a strong understanding of our product offerings and be able to effectively communicate their value to clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to clients throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they are getting the most value from our products and services. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for managing the client relationship, Revenue Cycle activities and performance of your assigned medical practices to ensure a successful client experience. You will collaborate with our internal RCM operations team to ensure the achievement of our clients RCM key performance indicators (KPI's) and goals. This is an exciting opportunity within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is modernizing healthcare medical technology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their unique RCM needs and challenges.
- Provide high level of value and customer service to our client practices and their patients by identifying and efficiently resolving insurance and other billing related issues.
- Conduct client meetings to review business metrics, progress, and other proactive topics to ensure high quality delivery of contracted services.
- Establish, implement and manage practice performance plans that identify, quantify, and resolve issues that are impacting services level and or delivery of contractual obligations, as needed.
- Monitor client medical billing usage and engagement, and proactively identify opportunities to increase adoption and drive value.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure client needs are being met.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of related experience in Revenue Cycle Management Client facing role.
- EMR knowledge Meditech and hospital RCM experience
- Knowledge in eyecare a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Extensive knowledge of medical billing/coding, front-office, physician practice management and healthcare business processes.
- Understanding of various insurance carriers, including Medicare private HMO's and PPO's.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and professional demeanor required.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems before they occur.
- Familiarity with customer success software and tools, ability to manage and integrate information located in multiple software systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
