The Junior AR Specialist is an entry level role and will be working directly under the
finance department to reconcile, research, and process refunds. They will also
reconcile and research bank reconciliation transactions on the Accounts Receivables
side. This person will act as a backup role towards the other AR representatives,
helping fill the schedule as needed. They will also be training with the Senior AR rep
and AR Manager with the goal of becoming a regular AR specialist. This role will
require a sharp eye for detail and great critical thinking skills, as well as outstanding
morals and ethics.
Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm

- Train with Senior AR rep and/or AR Manager to learn the skills needed to
- Reconcile data across multiple sources into a weekly report to be given to the
- Accept refund forms from each center and enter a tracking system as well as
- Research refund requests and communicate with the proper channels on
- Communicate with financing companies on dispute requests and send proper
- Work with other Finance and Data team members to reconcile and update
- Reconcile various financial merchant deposits and fees to the corresponding
deposited within given parameters
- Use in-house software to enter and reconcile data and provide reports on
- Attend a weekly meeting with the accounting manager to check in
- Able to learn and train on new software and procedures as the need arises
- Document new and existing policies and procedures
- Other tasks and obligations as necessary
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail is a must
- Able to learn quickly and work accurately

- Critical thinker and self-starter, doesn’t need to be micro-managed
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
- Able to adapt and change as the company grows and responsibilities grow

other AR representatives with their tasks if needed, acting as a backup and aid to
fill the schedule. They will be training under the Senior AR Rep and AR Manager with
the goal of becoming a regular AR Representative in time.
