Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable Specialist (Part-Time) work from home – 5 hours per week

DentalCMO is a quickly expanding marketing company located in the foothills of Provo that services hundreds of dental practices.  We are looking for a truly amazing detail-oriented person to join our accounting team.  Our ideal candidate would be someone that would like to work part-time from home helping to schedule and coordinate our Accounts Receivables with our clients.  This is not a collections job, this is a job that reaches out to our clients by phone and email and sets up payment schedules and methods.

Necessary Skills - A very good working knowledge of the following:

• Microsoft Excel
• Accounting / Bookkeeping experience can use QuickBooks Online
• Great phone skills
• Have a quite place to work from home
• Be able to be on video calls with team and sometimes clients
• CRM experience - HubSpot
• Project Tracking experience - Asana
• Able to be bonded
• Able to pass a background check
