We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at our Draper, UT location.

Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Draper, UT

Type: Full-time

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at ColdTech Refrigeration, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our finance department. Your responsibilities will include:

Process Cash Receipts and ensure accurate posting against Customer Invoices.

Reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues with Customers and internal teams.

Maintain customer accounts, including processing credit apps and updating records.

Prepare and review aging reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Work with branches on past due customers driving the collections process.

Send Customers to collections and work with our collections company providing them proper documentation and getting appropriate approval for write-offs as needed.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to Accounts Receivable.

Provide support for audits and assist in the preparation of financial reports.

Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements within the Accounts Receivable function.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
