Job Coordinator (Construction Industry)

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Job Coordinator to join our team in the commercial construction industry. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the planning and coordination of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.
• Serve as a liaison between project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and timely completion of projects.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays, and work with project managers to develop solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be reliable and have a team player attitude.
