Jet Aviation Staffing, on behalf of our expanding charter and aircraft management company, are looking for a Flight Operations Compliance Specialist. This role, offers the chance to be part of something very special - a growing company with the family owned feel.
The Flight Operations Compliance Specialist will provide administrative support to the Director of Operations, Director of Safety, Director of Maintenance, Chief Pilot, and Accountable Executives. The position will be responsible for executing and maintaining aircraft compliance documents from conformity through the entire period the aircraft is on the certificate. Additionally, the FOCS will be accountable for pilot records compliance tracking and documentation from new hire onboarding throughout the pilot's tenure with the company.
The right person for the position will have high-level knowledge of required aircraft and crew documentation. You will understand the importance of this role within the air carrier and be passionate about doing their job well. You will be resourceful, detail-oriented, precise, organized, and able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines to avoid compliance violations.
Familiarity with Word/Pages and Excel/Numbers required. Excellent written and oral communications skills required. Bachelors degree required or equivalent amount of aviation experience.
