Description
This role will be joining our Compliance Services team as a Project Manager and will oversee the project lifecycle for our customers and provide end-user support to casinos across the country. You will gain valuable skills in customer service, customer relations, presentations, and industry knowledge. Ideally, the chosen candidate will have casino experience, a customer service background, and an understanding of relationship building.
What Will You Be Doing?
- You'll be delivering products based on executed Customer agreements, meeting internal delivery excellence guidelines, and customer satisfaction.
- You'll manage projects from beginning to completion and successful field implementation.
- You'll define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with internal teams and customers.
- You'll develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- You'll facilitate the completion of all required project documentation; maintain the project documentation library ensuring all project documentation has been captured for tracking, project review, audits, and archiving.
- You'll manage the changes in project scope, schedule, and budget, and communicate with all project stakeholders as necessary.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years experience in a project management role managing people and multiple projects utilizing project management principles, theories, concepts, and various project planning tools preferred.
- Ability to track activity, communicate effectively, manage customer expectations, identify problems and risks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ability to successfully lead and manage people in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, combined with the ability to work autonomously.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $73,900 - $84,300 annually.
