Form of workJob Description: Tax Compliance Manager
We seek to have actively engaged individuals with an ownership mentality to be a part of our team
and accelerate our strategic trajectory.
Responsibilities and expectations for this role include:
• Manages the Tax Compliance function, focusing primarily on tax returns and
notices
• Subject matter expert and firm wide resource for tax knowledge
• Coach and mentor members of the tax department
• Prepare and review tax returns and projections
• Develop and continually improve Tax Compliance processes
• Responsible for training staff and interns on tax return preparation process
• Manage due dates and client expectations for Tax Compliance services
• Capable of trouble shooting compliance and planning issues to proactively manage issues
with the IRS and state tax agencies

answering technical questions.

We'd love to see a candidate with:
• An active CPA or EA license
• Experience with cloud based tax and accounting software, ideally QuickBooks and UltraTax
• 8-10 years in a tax practice or financial services firm
Our compensation package includes a base salary (commensurate with experience), profit sharing,
retirement plan, health/dental/vision insurance and continuing education.
Salary range 110-150
