Nichols Research has need for an IT / Zoom Support Specialist to assist in managing our clients' marketing research studies that are conducted online. These studies are typically focus groups or in depth interviews that are conducted on our customized Zoom platform. As IT / Zoom Support Specialist you would schedule the Zoom meetings; conduct tech checks with the participants prior to meetings to ensure their video, audio, computer, and internet are functioning properly; provide Zoom/tech support to our clients and participants during the meetings as needed; manage the meetings for the duration of the studies, and address any issues our clients or respondents need assistance with.
You would be the face of our company during the meetings and as such are counted on to be professional, helpful and discrete at all times in order that the research studies run smoothly and meet our clients' expectations. You would work closely with our team of Project Managers, support staff, and other members of the IT / Zoom Support staff to ensure the success of each study.
Job specific training will be provided; candidates with a solid tech background and strong computer skills are invited to apply, familiarity and knowledge of the Zoom platform is a plus. This is a part time position with the opportunity for growth in other areas of our tech department for the right candidate. Ability to work flexible hours is required. While our online research studies are often conducted during regular business hours, many are also conducted after hours and into late evening.
