About the OpportunityAs the Product Marketing Support Specialist at Monin, you'll be an essential part of our team, working closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to support new product launches and create marketing materials that help our customers succeed. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about marketing and customer success. Your responsibilities will include things like leading the label management process for new products, initiating new projects, and managing the development of marketing collateral. You'll also help us conduct research on market trends and assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events. We're a friendly and collaborative team, and we value open communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
What You'll Do

• Lead the label management process for all new labels that need to be created, from project initiation to sharing the finished label.
• Initiate new projects within the team's task management software and also lead the briefing and project management for the development of marketing collateral.
• Assist with the day-to-day activities around new flavor introductions, including cross-department communication and coordination and presentation creation.
• Learn the Monin ERP system to assist with the logistical side of the product launch process (invoicing, PO's P#s, etc.).
• Assist with the strategizing and creation of qualitative & quantitative research initiatives to collect data points that support product decisions.
• Serve as the point person between marketing and vendors, other departments and research partners on the coordination and execution of annual Product Marketing events, tastings, meetings, etc.
• Create, update, and upload all company product lists (flavor lists, tasting notes....).
• Coordinate recipe development, photos, samples, and other items with the Innovation Team.
• Other duties to be assigned.

Other Qualifications & Considerations

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience (Product Marketing preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Proven ability to think creatively.
• Excellent computer skills, including the MS Office Suite. Proficiency/expertise with PPT is preferred.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, HTML5 , and other web-based application languages is a plus.
