American National is seeking a Lead Digital Support Specialist to join our team. In this role you will coordinate ongoing training efforts for new and experienced team members for continually changing processes. You will also maintain and update job aids and course materials.
What You'll Do
Coordinate daily tasks based upon staff levels and work volume
Maintain job aids, guidelines, and course materials
Organize and schedule training modules between trainers and trainees
Conduct trainee and trainer evaluations to ensure training efficiencies
Maintain productivity reports
Collaborate with supervisors to establish training opportunities across teams
Provide coaching to new and established team members for accuracy and efficiency
Develop training for new processes and/or system changes
Maintain knowledge across multiple lines of business, aiding in business continuity
Work closely with department leaders to analyze gaps in training and resources
Special projects as needed
What You'll Need
One to two years of related experience preferred
Aptitude for developing digital solutions, troubleshooting issues, and analyzing root cause
Strong communication skills required as you will frequently report to leadership
Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision. In this role you will perform a variety of routine work within established policies and procedures, and receive detailed instructions on new projects and assignments, but will little management oversight.
