What you will be doing
- Support via ServiceDesk and onsite.
- User administration in Active Directory, Office 365, and other systems.
- Creation of user guides and other documentation.
- Onboarding and offboarding users and related equipment.
- Troubleshooting of Laptops/desktops, SaaS applications, and onsite equipment.
- Participate in various IT projects.
- Optimize Service desk Process and workflow
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What will be required of you
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Valid driver's license and valid passport
