Exciting and dynamic technology manager role with a growing and evolving technology company, servicing the healthcare industry. The Manager position is both a people and technology management role and allows for the continuation of flexing your administrative and engineering skills as a working manager.
Working to deliver technology solutions to a small Hospital under ScaledData Health’s CareShare program, the manager will work closely with ScaledData Health’s leadership while providing guidance, direction, coaching and mentoring to technology staff.
Strong technical aptitude in networking, server/storage, edge, cyber risk, etc,. are required. The role will work closely with the CIO to deliver a prescriptive technology management architecture, where the Manger is responsible for executing the prescribed customer Strategies, Roadmaps, Projects, and support items to amazing outcomes for our customers. Interaction with other managers and directors at the customer site will be required.
Experience:
Role requires 5+ years of technical management, in healthcare is preferred. Role requires a strong technical knowledge of network, servers/storage, O365 tenant management & security, firewalls, Citrix, backup solutions (Datto experience preferred), hyperconverged infrastructure, cyber risk management best practices (NIST framework) active directory, cloud services, Electronic Medical Records, HL7 interfacing. Additional knowledge of healthcare systems/solutions is desired.
Customer Service:
Role requires A+ customer services skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
