Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure and Cloud Manager to lead and manage our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.

• Develop and implement the organization's IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand technology requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
• Ensure the availability, security, and scalability of infrastructure systems.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure skill development within the team.
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and select technology solutions.
• Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization's IT assets.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Conduct regular testing of recovery procedures.
• Prepare and manage the IT infrastructure budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource utilization.
• Oversee IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives in an agile environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on designing and maintaining complex systems.
• 3 + years of experience in an IT architecture role
• Solid understanding of networking, security, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working with Cloud services in a hybrid environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry
• Experience working in an Agile Environment
